There are so many well known benefits to taking elderberry for prevention and treatment of colds, flus, and other illnesses. This homemade remedy is made in my kitchen and contains honey from my farm, organic elderberries, Vietnamese cinnamon, fresh organic ginger, fresh ground organic cloves, and organic rose hips for an extra dose of vitamin C! The secret ingredient is love.

Shake well before opening. Take a tablespoon a day for immune boosting properties and up to three tablespoons per day if you are feeling under the weather. Refrigerate after opening.
