All Sales Are Final
At ShopTheWellnessCenter.com, the health, safety, and quality of every product we ship is our highest priority. Because our products are health and wellness items intended for personal consumption and use, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has left our facility.
Once a product is out of our direct control, we can no longer guarantee that it has been stored, handled, or transported under the conditions required to ensure its quality, safety, and integrity. For this reason — and out of an abundance of care for the health of every customer we serve — all sales are final.
We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase and to reach out to us with any questions before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
We understand that mistakes happen. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of the time it was placed, provided it has not yet shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible using the information below and include your order number. Once an order has shipped or once the 24-hour window has passed, it can no longer be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While all sales are final, we stand behind the orders we send out. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect as a result of our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
These situations are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please be prepared to provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item(s) and the packaging as received
We will work with you in good faith to find a fair resolution. Please note that requests are evaluated individually, and submitting a request does not guarantee a replacement, credit, or refund.
Inspect Your Order
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Reporting any issues promptly — within the 7-day window above — allows us to investigate properly and ensures the best possible outcome for you.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are refused at delivery, returned to us as undeliverable, or unclaimed are subject to our all-sales-final policy and are not eligible for a refund. If you believe an address error occurred, please contact us right away.
